In 2015, Becoya (then Pharma BP) was founded with a singular belief that clarity and local intelligence could unlock life sciences' potential in markets often labelled “too complex.”

Over time, that conviction found traction across areas of significant patient need in the Middle East and Africa. What began as a focused advisory group evolved into a strategy-to-execution partner of choice for life sciences companies entering the region, advising on complex life sciences challenges to deliver commercial success and optimised patient access strategies.

Today, headquartered in Dubai and operating across markets in the Middle East and Africa region, the company remains guided by the same principle that shaped it from day one: strategy only matters if it delivers where it's needed most.

A visionary strategist with advanced scientific credentials, Lavni founded Becoya to bridge global innovation and regional realities, relentlessly driving market access and healthcare progress across the Middle East and Africa.

After completing her Master's degree in Chemistry at University College London, she co-founded a tech startup and successfully exited. Over the past 13 years, she has worked with leading global and regional life sciences companies, guiding market access, pricing, and growth strategies. In 2015, recognising a critical gap in emerging markets, she founded Pharma BP (now Becoya).

A strategic leader with a track record of building businesses and partnerships across global markets, Vaibhav joined Becoya as a Partner in 2025. He applies his expertise in data-driven growth and commercial excellence to advance life sciences access in the Middle East and Africa.

After completing his MBA from INSEAD, Vaibhav advanced his career in strategy consulting, where he honed his ability to address complex business challenges, a skill he now applies to the life sciences sector. Later, at Google, he led partnerships with healthcare companies and advised them on digital transformation.

At Becoya, Vaibhav leads two key areas. Drawing on his deep background in market insights, he heads Becoya Insights, which provides clients with tailored regional research. He also leads Becoya Alliance, where he uses his experience in strategy consulting in managing large-scale projects and partnerships to build effective distribution and partner networks for life sciences customers.
