Our client was looking to launch across the GCC with a product where cold chain storage management was critical. In addition, the client was looking to ensure the partner had direct access to regional KOLs within the oncology space to support early engagements
Solution
Leveraging our network of verified partners, we curated a shortlist of candidates with demonstrable capabilities in the oncology sector. Our intervention moved beyond standard vetting;
- we conducted audits to certify cold-chain resilience and performed deep-dive financial stress testing to ensure liquidity for substantial tender bonds
- We subsequently facilitated a structured comparative assessment, guiding the client through a qualitative and quantitative benchmarking of candidates to ensure strategic alignment
Results
- Our data led approach enabled the client to successfully select the partner with the most relevant oncology experience and tangible cold-chain experience
- The client developed a strategic partnership with a "Grade A" distributor, with established access to 85% of target oncology centers across the whole GCC
