Challenge
A client's expansion of their commercial footprint into secondary markets, specifically Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman, introduced a critical vulnerability due to the lack of direct oversight and limited local level capabilities
Solution
We built a twofold intervention to bridge the local capability gap.
- Regulatory Calibration: We conducted audit of promotional materials establishing compliance protocols to safeguard the client from legal liability
- Value & Negotiation Training: We conducted advanced training sessions on value communication and negotiation, transforming distributor representatives from transactional sellers into consultative partners
Results
- This initiative effectively mitigated regulatory risk for the client
- Partner teams successfully differentiated the asset against competitors, driving an improvement in uptake across markets
