Our client was looking to understand the access challenges and price potential for a product for the reversal of anticoagulation, to be used to resolve major bleeding events in patients treated with two specific direct-acting oral anticoagulants

Solution

• Conducted qualitative in-depth interviews with payers within Saudi Arabia
• Understood the landscape related to the reversal of uncontrolled bleeds in patients treated with DOACs
• Understood the clinical perceptions and market access potential of a new reversal agent

Results

• Enabled the client to understand the pricing and access potential for a new product within Saudi Arabia based on current and future evidence packages
• Enabled the client to understand specific nuances related to IRP and market access within KSA
