- Developed market landscape across market to set understanding of current treatment options, reimbursement status and cost of care
- Conducted a mapping exercise to recruit top KOLs and payers for primary research
- Conducted discussions with relevant stakeholders to understand value perceptions, price, reimbursement and access potential of four hypothetical products - tested various launch and sequencing scenarios
Results
- Developed in depth landscape assessment across markets, understanding pricing and access pathways
- Developed assessment of client product potential and provided pricing recommendations and supporting recommendations on how to differentiate the product vs. competitors and hence supporting associated messaging
