Challenge

Our client was looking to understand in detail the overall process, timelines, stakeholders, regulatory requirements, duration, extensions and challenges of tenders in key GCC markets

Solution

Conducting extensive primary research:

• Recruited top regional distributors, and prepared a pre-task to be filled by them prior to the interview to gain insights into the GCC’s tender landscape
• Conducted discussions with relevant stakeholders followed by an in-depth analysis of findings
• Development of country-specific deliverables and cross-regional tender comparison

Results

• Understood the regional differences, recent trends and opportunities across all markets
• Determine a market of preference based on feasibility, extension flexibility, duration and ease
• Understood the key players involved and regulatory requirements to guide on the next steps
