KSA
Challenge
Our client is working in a crowded landscape with a variety of respiratory tests available across hospitals in Saudi Arabia. They are looking to compete through cost argumentations
Solution
Undertook an assessment of the cost-effectiveness model and available data to localise the data set and have demonstrable cost-benefits of our clients test to Saudi authorities
- Understood the patient journey for patients with respiratory illnesses
- Understood the cost drivers at each step of the patient journey
- Undertook a literature review and primary research to gather local data to input into the model and localised the cost-effectiveness model
Results
- Localised the UK cost-effectiveness model with different parameters to reflect a Saudi patient journey and Saudi cost data
- Demonstrated cost-effectiveness vs. competitors both within primary and secondary infections
- Succeeded in ensuring the client’s product in subsequent NUPCO tenders
