Our client was looking to understand the perception of payers and physicians on their new diagnostic test for COVID-19, to understand how to best define their value communication

Solution

Undertook an advisory board focused on understanding what KOLs and payers require from pharmaceutical companies and testing clients’ solutions

• Tested the importance of sharing COVID-19 specific data updates and providing HCPs with visual tools to support diagnostic use
• Established the credibility of research material and trials findings to understand key data gaps
• Understood physician perception on the value of the client’s diagnostic test and obtained feedback on drawbacks of the test

Results

• Recommendations were framed to provide key policy related recommendations to drive testing strategies considering epidemiology studies alongside broad level screening
